Are you a budding hobbiest or want to refine your technique. Then this class is for you! This is where you learn how to torte, ganache and make your cake all things pretty! You will be guided by head baker Lina on how to achieve a perfect finish that you can apply to all future cakes. These class designs will change often so keep an eye out on Insta on what design of the month is! This sweet indulgent class will consist of: - The cake, buttercream, supplies, and equipment you'll use during the class. - A guide of the staples that you need in your cake tool collection to achieve a picture perfect cake - How to torte a cake, fill and stack a tall cake - How to apply buttercream coverage - How to colour correct to get the perfect crisp white or colour of your choice - How to achieve those super sharp edges on your final coat - - How to apply a dash of sass with added embellishments i.e how to add fresh flowers to your cake in a safe and hygienic way. - Light refreshments and tea/coffee, or water will be provided You get to go home with a decorated cake, recipes and bonus information packs to help you when you want to re create this style at home.
